Public Adjuster & Insurance Appraiser
for Texas & Florida Property Claims
We help homeowners, business owners, and contractors with hail, wind, water, fire, and storm claims—from first notice of loss to settlement or appraisal.
Claims Made Simple
Friendly reminder: the insurance company isn’t your advocate.
Great slogans sound comforting—“on your side,” “in good hands,” etc.—but claim departments answer to their balance sheets, not your repair bills. That’s why so many homeowners see:
• Missing scope items (code-required work, hidden water/moisture, interior finishes)
• Depreciation games and “we don’t pay for that” replies
• Delays while damage worsens or contractors move on
My role as a Public Adjuster and Insurance Appraiser: represent you, document the loss thoroughly (photos, measurements, moisture/thermal), verify building-code items, and negotiate or appraise a complete, fair scope—so you don’t leave money on the table.
If you’ve had storm, water/plumbing, fire/smoke, or freeze damage—or you’re not sure your last claim was paid fairly—start with a free policy & claim review.

When you and your insurer can’t agree on the loss amount, I help you use appraisal to seek fairness.
Insurance Appraisal for Disputed Property Claims
When the insurance company accepts your claim but the amount they’re offering is too low, the policy’s appraisal clause may be your best tool.
As an Insurance Appraiser, I step in to help resolve how much the loss is really worth—without filing a lawsuit.
What I Do as Your Appraiser
• Review carrier and contractor estimates, photos, and reports
• Inspect and document the damage when needed
• Build or refine Xactimate estimates based on real scope and local pricing
• Identify missing items, code upgrades, and manufacturer requirements
• Work with the opposing appraiser (and umpire if needed) to reach a fair, supportable award
Why Appraisal?
• Focused only on value of the loss
• Uses competent and impartial appraisers, not a judge or jury
• Often faster and more targeted than litigation
